David Palmer; bicycle sales and repairs, May 2011.

David Palmer, holds a photograph of his grandfather Charles Palmer, outside the shop that                was  founded by him in the same place, in 109 Stanley Road, in 1899. Charles Palmer was succeeded by his son Albury  who passed the business on to his son David, now aged 76.
