Sandycombe Lodge, Turner’s House in Twickenham, has opened to the public in July 2017. Lucy, it’s first House Director, is looking out of the window at work still going on in the garden.

At the opening of the Museum of Richmond’s exhibition to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the start of World War I: the Mayor of Richmond, Cllr. Jane Boulton, welcomes HSH Princess Marie-Therese von Hohenberg and her husband, Mr Anthony Bailey, residents of the Borough of Richmond. Princess Marie-Therese is the great granddaughter of Archduke Francis Ferdinand of Austria-Este, whose assassination in 1914 prompted the start of WWI.
